European Residential Management’s ESG Strategy

European Residential Management is in the early stages of supporting European Residential REIT’s environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) strategy. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of CAPREIT, Canada’s largest and best-in-class residential landlord, in 2021, we will start supporting the formation and management of the necessary foundational building blocks to effectively manage and measure European Residential REIT’s ESG performance. This will include its operational resilience strategy and social performance across all supporting business functions. European Residential Management will benefit from CAPREIT’s existing ESG platform.

European Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (“ERES” or the “REIT”) is a growth-oriented Real Estate Investment Trust focused on aggregating a portfolio of high-quality, multi-residential real estate assets in Europe.
